Abstract
Pre-operative diagnosis of pulmonary vein stenosis is rarely made before operation. This is almost certainly due to poor interpretation of the results of angiographie examinations in this type of lesion. The authors present a case of this disorder and propose means for obtaining this data while emphasizing the value of an injection into the pulmonary artery through a “blocked catheter”. This procedure will definitely assist diagnosis of this affection, which until now has not been demonstrated by radiological examinations, in the near future.
