Abstract
Stenosis of the individual pulmonary veins is a rare condition, often presenting as recurrent pneumonia. Apart from radiologic features suggestive of pulmonary venous congestion, cardiac catheterization and angiocardiography have been necessary to confirm the diagnosis and outline the extent of involvement. This case report describes the role of pulsed Doppler echocardiography in the assessment of pulmonary venous obstruction.
